Fast AAC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle data within the Fast AAC mobile application (the "App"). Our core philosophy is simple: your data belongs to you, not us.

Fast AAC does not sell, share, or use personal information for advertising, analytics, profiling, or tracking purposes. All user-generated content remains on the user's device.
3. Device Permissions and Data Usage
Fast AAC is designed to operate entirely locally on your device. We do not collect personal information.
To provide essential communication features, the App requests access to certain device features. All data generated via these features remains strictly local to your device:
- Photo Library / Camera Access: Used solely to allow you to upload or take photos to create personalized communication tiles.
- Microphone Access: Used solely to allow you to record custom voice clips for tile audio playback.
Crucial Note: All custom images, layouts, and voice recordings are stored directly on your device and are never uploaded or transmitted by Fast AAC. However, your device operating system or cloud backup provider may include app data in device backups according to your device settings.
4. Children's Privacy
Because Fast AAC does not collect personal information, we do not knowingly collect information from children.
5. Third-Party Services and Analytics
Fast AAC does not integrate with any third-party advertising networks, analytics platforms, or cloud tracking services. Your usage behavior within the App is completely private and invisible to us.
Optional YouTube features connect to YouTube to load videos and thumbnails. YouTube/Google may process information in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy.
6. Data Security
Because all data is stored locally, it is protected by your device's built-in operating system security. We highly encourage you to secure your device with a passcode, biometric lock (Touch ID/Face ID), or encryption to prevent unauthorized physical access to your device.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected within the App and will include an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the current policy.
